TCMA represents a vast reservoir of ancient knowledge, validated over thousands of years across Chinese culture. It not only comprises of comprehensive combat systems, but also encompassing holistic medicine, health cultivation, kinesiology, human physiology, meditation, strategic thinking, art, and the philosophies of Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism.
Due to the misguidance from entertainment media, novels, video games, and fake masters, genuine traditional martial arts are facing the risk of fading into history. We must safeguard this treasure of knowledge that rightfully belongs to all of humanity.
Tsang Wu Ge: One platform. All of Wulin.
Benefits of TCMA in Comparison
The modern world has long embraced a singular framework for martial arts and wellness, emphasizing competitive success as its foundation.
Short-term Gains
Martial arts in the Western world focuses primarily on competition and domination, often conflating short-term gains for efficiency to the determine of long-term development.
Medicine
Western medicine is reactive rather than preventative, seeking to treat symptoms and normalizing medication and invasive treatments as initial responses to illness.
Limited Worldview
Western hegemony promotes one "correct" way to view productivity, efficiency, and development, dismissing alternatives as negative or ridiculous.
Modern humans deserve options—and TCMA offers a time-tested way for self development, conflict resolution, and balance.
Balanced Development
TCMA primarily focuses on developing balance in oneself, then expanding outwards with the goal towards harmony—even in conflict resolution—with methods of training meant for life-long development.
Holistic Wellbeing
TCMA and Chinese medicine emphasizes prevention over a cure, prioritizing balanced living first, and seeking a holistic approach to care as needed.
Expansive Perspective
TCMA offers another mode of viewing the world and self development through philosophies and practices promoting balance and harmony, allowing for a complementary approach to mainstream perspectives.
TCMA (Traditional Chinese Martial Arts) is a comprehensive embodiment of
Chinese culture, integrating wisdom from philosophy, medicine, military strategy,
art, and ethics. They are not merely a skill but a way of life and a cultural heritage.
Tsáng Wǔ Gé
Tsáng Wǔ Gé transcends geographical, language, and time-zones to serve as a global platform that connects practitioners to the diverse benefits of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts.

In imperial times, 塾 Shú referred to a small private school where students studied Confucian classics, calligraphy, and other scholarly subjects. Tsáng Wǔ Gé uses the term Shú for its training programs, it aligns with the meaning of a specialized academy for martial arts training, drawing from the traditional sense of a private learning institution.
Our Progress
Launched 4 Shú Academies
In our first year, we successfully launched four Shús: BajiShú (Bajiquan & Pigua Zhang), Chángquán Shú (Northern Shaolin Long Fist), HǔngGa Shú (Hǔng Kwěn), and most recently, Bagùa Shú (Yin Style Bagua Zhang).
Looking ahead, we plan to launch two more Shús in the remainder of 2025, along with two additional academies, known as “Táng”, which focus on disciplines beyond direct martial arts training:
• 養身堂 (Body Cultivation Táng) – Dedicated to physical well-being and internal development.
• 武語堂 (Martial Language Táng) – Exploring the Chinese language through martial arts terminology and usage.
These additions will further expand our commitment to preserving and sharing the depth of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts and its cultural heritage.
4 Elective Courses
Each Shu has its own dedicated curriculum that requires a time commitment from students. In addition to the core training materials, instructors also offer elective courses covering topics such as weapons, specialized techniques, and gongfǎ. These elective courses are open for registration at any time. They typically focus on skills and knowledge that complement any Shu. For example, students can take courses on Jiàn (Chinese sword), Gùn (staff), or Miǎodāo (double-handed long saber) to enhance their martial arts training.
6 International Seminars
Between 2023 and 2024, we hosted six seminars to promote and reinforce hands-on training, while also providing opportunities to meet Shú students in person. These seminars took place in New York (2), Italy (2), Los Angeles, and Malaysia.
Looking ahead to 2025, we have two major events planned:
• Montreal, Canada – Expanding our reach to a new region.
• Vault25 NYC Summit (July 5th & 6th) – A groundbreaking event bringing together all six of our elite masters for a single, unforgettable seminar!
These seminars continue to strengthen our global Shú community and deepen the experience of hands-on traditional training.
